What's this for?

You can use custom job templates for sharing information with your team, in your workshop using the Job Display system, as a PDF attachment to a customer, or when printing from Print Node (print node integration required)

What you should know

  • You can create custom templates for sharing with customers, printing, or JDS (Job display system) in the template editor.

  • Templates are created by class. The job board can only use templates of class JOB. But you are free to create a Packing Sheet using the class JOB in the editor and assign it for use on your job board.

Steps

  1. Go-to the settings area in Backoffice.

  2. Click Templates from the side navigation list.

  3. Click +New template.

  4. Select Job.

  5. Locate the Template properties section in the left side

  6. Enter a friendly name in the Name input.

  7. Edit the properties to adjust your template settings and layout.

  8. Click Save
