Assign a new custom template to a board such as a job board.

Set-up

  • Tudodesk back-office

  • Mac or PC

What's this for?

Assign a custom template created in the editor to a board, such as a JOB board or shipping board.

What you should know

  • You can create custom templates for sharing with customers, printing, or via JDS (Job display system in the workshop) in the template editor.

  • You can assign templates to boards. The template can be overridden by a print macro, automated event, or the default setting for the template in JDS.

  • You can specify different templates on different boards. If you have more than one JOB board installed, each board can use its own template.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the board.

  2. Click the Show menu button on the right side of the board menu bar.

  3. Selected Board set-up from the main menu.

  4. Locate the Default document template section.

  5. Update the template shown to the required template.

  6. Save your settings by clicking the save button (green) bottom right corner.
