What's this for?

  • You can specify a default template for JDS to use when rendering JOBS in the viewer.

What you should know

  • You can create multiple custom templates in the back-office.

  • You can specify which template JDS uses when it renders digital job sheets in the viewer.

  • The template you specify in settings is saved on the device locally so you can specify different templates on different devices.

Steps

  1. Login to JDS

  2. On the right side of the top navigation bar click your avatar (user).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Under the Default display template heading select a custom template.

  5. Click Save settings

Notes

  • You must first create a custom template in the Backoffice to assign it to a JDS device.

  • The template setting you have saved will only affect the device you are working on it will not take affect on other JDS devices.
