What's new June 2021
We were hard at work through May, adding support for some fantastic new features, and we have more underway to help your workshop team automate paperwork and job processes. I will save that news for later!

Keep customers at bay with live order tracking on phones.
When customers place orders, check jobs into your workshop, it's often not long before they are chasing progress updates and delivery. We know your time is better spent getting jobs ready, not putting out fires on the phone or email — which is why we have added a nifty new update to Tudodesk so customers can track orders 24/7.
Merge duplicated customer accounts.
We have all done it. A customer walk's in or calls on the phone, we do a quick search to find their account, but in the fuss of the moment, we add their details as a new account. Days later, our administrator tells us we have multiple accounts for the same customers with work orders, packing sheets and invoices stuck in different accounts. Nightmare!
Improved exporting of Invoices to QuickBooks and Xero.
If you don't already know, you can automate your invoices from Tudodesk into Xero and QuickBooks using our exporters. We will have news shortly on our direct integration, which is coming for QB Cloud!
Today we updated our CSV exporters for both QuickBooks and Xero to help you more easily control which invoices you export and when.
Download photos from the comments feed.
We were overwhelmed as the photo's uploaded into comments could not be enlarged or downloaded. Today we have added a download option to every file uploaded so you can access these images locally or in your browser. The download option works on all new files and old ones two so you can get access to all your content!
What are we working on?
Brand new automation engine so you can automate more processes, paperwork and tasks to help you clear work faster and keep everybody on the same page.
Big improvements for JDS (Job Display System) we want to help you task out more work, track who did what, how long it took and how much stock they used. It's coming!
