One of our most used features is file uploads. And second is adding comments to work orders and job sheets.

Today's new feature combines them both. Last month we added a new way to keep track of your teams commenting on jobs, with comment notifications in the notification centre in the top menu.

At the same time, we released a new feature so your team can upload files in the comments area.

We were overwhelmed as the photo's uploaded into comments could not be enlarged or downloaded. Today we have added a download option to every file uploaded so you can access these images locally or in your browser. The download option works on all new files and old ones two so you can get access to all your content!

Our team are busy adding more functionality so you can drag files from comments into the message creator and the documents attachment area.
