When customers place orders, check jobs into your premises, it's often not long before they are chasing progress updates and delivery. We know your time is better spent getting jobs ready, not putting out fires on the phone or email. Which is why we have added a nifty new update to Tudodesk so customers can track orders from their phones.

We've all been there. A customer drops off a job, and within days they are back on the phone chasing progress and pushing for delivery ahead of what you scheduled. Your time is better spent running jobs and getting product shipped not keeping customers updated over email or worse on your phone.

The new tracking widget works great on mobiles and can be shared with just a simple link. Customers can see the overall status of their order and a historical feed of job events and milestones which are created automatically as your team services your orders.

If your customer needs a more precise update, they can use the handy message option, which routes the conversation directly back with your team on Tudodesk, keeping all the communication in one place.

You can use our built-in automated job updates to send the tracking link when new work is check-in or throughout the process of an order when it suits you.
