Today we have big news to increase your sales with the new-look customer portal for estimate approvals and declines.

We designed the new-look portal to help you win more business in 2021 and provide a cleaner, more comfortable look for your customers and devices.

Last month we rolled out the new Stripe SCA integration that uses the new-look portal. Today we have revamped how customers approve estimates from phones and desktops.

What we have done:

  1. Re-designed how customers approve and decline offers (estimates and quotes) with a new cleaner look with easier call-to-actions (CTA's).

  2. Moved all of the specification and price breakdown into a downloadable PDF that performs better on small devices. This PDF can be attached to your estimate auto send email as an attachment to supplement your offer.

  3. Put your offer in centre screen with clearer CTA button's DECLINE & APPROVE.

  4. Added a more evident downloadable link for a PDF version. The PDF will render instantly on mobile devices.

  5. Made it more comfortable to send a message or ask a question.

  6. Placed your reviews in-view with your offer to add compelling supportive customer reviews - these are your business's best representatives.

How to set-up the new portal for your estimates or quotations

Create a new estimate template:

  1. First, go to settings using the settings cog in the side menu bar.

  2. Click Templates from the settings side navigation list.

  3. Under templates click + New template.

  4. Select Estimate or Quote.

  5. Enter a name for your new template in the properties sidebar.

  6. Edit the design properties

  7. Click Save to save the template and preview it in the window.

Assign the new template to your Estimate or Quote board:

  1. Navigate to your estimate or quote board

  2. Click the show menu icon [...] on the right side of the board menu.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Locate the custom template drop down and apply your new template from the list provided.

  5. Click Save.

Notes:

  1. Current estimates will continue to use the old portal and template setting. Only new estimates will take on these changes.

  2. The new custom template does not currently allow for a cover-letter or terms page. If your current estimate has a cover-letter or terms page consider if you want to update at this stage or await a future update when these features are available.

  3. Draft or Cancelled estimates will show as unavailable in the portal.
