Enabling Serialized Item Tracking When Checking In Items

Purpose:

Efficiently look up, create, and link serialized items to work orders using a custom check-in form.

Steps:

  1. Locate and edit your custom form from the sidebar's shortcut menu (Plus icon at the top of the side navigation bar). If you don't have a custom form, follow the guide below to create one for your board.

  2. Scroll down to the "Serialized Items" module option and check the checkbox.

  3. Save your changes.
