Tudodesk February 2023 Update – Introducing Priorities, Auto-Send Surveys, and Barcode Scanning

We are excited to announce the February 2023 update for Tudodesk! This update introduces several new features that are designed to help you manage your work orders, track your inventory, and improve your workflow. Here's what you can expect in this release:

  1. Priorities:
    To help you better manage your work, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to set and adjust the priority of your work orders, estimates, invoices, and more. You can sort your boards by priority, change the priority of multiple items at once using the batch menu, or automatically adjust priorities based on certain events, such as a delay in a work order. Priorities can be set as Normal, Low, Medium, High, or Highest, providing you with more control over your tasks and projects.

  2. Auto-Send Surveys:
    Our new feature for automatically sending surveys when jobs ship will enable you to better engage with your customers and collect valuable feedback. By setting up automation, you can send surveys immediately when a job is shipped or when a customer pays an invoice. This new feature eliminates the need for manual intervention and ensures that your customers always have a chance to voice their opinions and experiences.

  3. Barcode Scanning:
    With our new Barcode Scanning feature, you can now easily manage your inventory. Our system supports a variety of barcodes, including EAN-13 and EAN-8, UPC-A and UPC-E, Code128, and Code39. You can assign barcodes to products, parts, or services in your price book and use them for scanning/selling and inventory management. Whether adding products to work orders or making inventory adjustments, barcode scanning will streamline your processes and enhance your inventory control.
