The next big Tudodesk update is here

If you could not find comments or tasks or if your workflows wrapped and took over half the project view. Stress no more. We have fixed all of that in this most significant update.

Did you know Tudodesk has been around since 2016? If you have been around that long, you will remember our first release with board cards and photos. Over the years, we have gone through many updates and feature releases, helping workshops worldwide track and manage jobs.

The next generation on Tudodesk is upon us with our most significant update of 2022. We have redesigned the project view bringing more information and features to the top of the page and improved navigation and accessibility for tablets, medium and large screens.

The new project view

We have redesigned the project view to make it crisp and clean on large and tablet screens. In addition, it makes way for more features.

The new progress bar

Visualize the completeness of jobs along your workflow based on the percentage completed.

You can now set the percentage complete (0-100) each step in your workflow represents. As your document (job) moves along your workflow, the progress bar displays that percentage as a green bar (0-100%).


CMD-K faster keyboard access to actions

Command + K is a fast searchable, keyboard-accessible menu to speed up your work. It reduces clicking, searching for actions and commands and finding your way around our UI. It's the perfect solution for onboarding new team members.

The new Board Dashboard

Make better, faster decisions with the new real-time dashboard for boards.

The new dashboard delivers critical metrics for the documents on your board. Like your board, it helps your team visualize what is happening now. Analyze key metrics like due dates, assigned jobs, and jobs per status to keep your team aligned and confident.
