We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our report printing feature in the Tudodesk Workshop Software. We've taken your feedback and made improvements that will streamline your workflow, provide greater customization, and expand the data types you can include in your reports.

Flexible Report Generation

Now you can quickly generate and print reports from various sections, including:

  • Live boards

  • Documents and save lists

  • Contact lists

  • Product lists

  • Inventory adjustment

Customize Your Reports

You now have the flexibility to choose which columns to display in your report and also to assign a custom title. The 'Batch' menu provides options to select all rows for a full report, or you can select individual rows for more targeted reporting.

Enhanced Printing Features

Our new report printing feature uses your browser's native print option. This allows for best-quality printouts in landscape A4 or Letter format. We've also included additional options to add:

  • Tracking links

  • Payment links

  • Approval links for estimates

  • QR codes for work orders and file uploads

  • Barcodes for inventory

Generate PDF Reports

In addition to printing, you can save your reports as PDFs directly from the print option in your browser. This versatile format can be shared electronically while maintaining perfect formatting.
