Print reports in Tudodesk workshop software

You can easily print reports from Tudodesk or save them in PDF format.

You can print reports from:

  • Live boards

  • Documents and save lists

  • Contact lists

  • Product lists

  • Inventory adjustment

Customizing your reports

When you print a report, you can choose the displayed columns and a title for your report.

You can filter the onscreen report and select which rows print by checking each onscreen row. You can use the Select All option under the Batch menu to get a full report of all rows on the screen.

Printing

The report printing feature uses your browser's native print option. For best results, use the landscape A4 or Letter format.

Active links, Barcodes and QR codes

Under the column options depending on the type of document you are printing, the additional options are available

  • Tracking links

  • Payment links

  • Approval links for estimates

  • QR codes for work orders and file uploads

  • Bar codes for inventory

Creating a PDF report

Under the browser's native print option, Select the option to save your report as a PDF (Use the Landscape format for best results).

How to print a report from your job board

  1. Navigate to any desired board.

  2. Select a status from the top workflow bar.

  3. Select 1 row from the list or individual rows to include in your report.

  4. Click the Batch menu button on the top menu bar.

  5. Use the Select All option for a full report of all row items.

  6. Click the Print report option (under the batch menu).

  7. Select the columns from the report side panel to include in your report.

  8. Adjust or edit the title name of the report in the Title field option.

  9. Click Print.

  10. Under the native print window, select your printer destination and printing preferences. For best results, use Landscape mode.

How to print a report of open jobs for a customer with tracking links

  1. Navigate to the documents in the side menu bar.

  2. Add filters for your job board.

  3. Add the archived open filter (to display all open jobs on the board)

  4. Sort the results accordingly using the sort options in the column headers.

  5. Select 1 row from the list.

  6. Click the Batch menu button on the top menu bar.

  7. Use the Select All option for a full report of all row items.

  8. Click the Print report option (under the batch menu).

  9. Select the columns from the report side panel to include in your report.

  10. Select the tracking links or QR code options if desired.

  11. Adjust or edit the title name of the report in the Title field option.

  12. Click Print.

  13. Under the native print window, select your printer destination and printing preferences. For best results, use Landscape mode.
