We are thrilled to announce the release of two new features, Tudodesk, to enhance your time tracking and billing process. Our continuous goal is to deliver tools that make your work more efficient, accurate, and easy to manage.

Start, Stop, and Pause Timers for Precise Time Tracking

With this feature, initiating a timer is as simple as starting your task. The timer can be paused if you need a break and stopped once you finish the task. This new functionality makes time tracking a breeze and eliminates any guesswork from your billing process.

Flexible Billing with Non-Billable Time and Customizable Labor Rates

Our second new feature focuses on your billing process. When stopping a timer or logging time, we now offer an option for non-billable time. If you uncheck this, you'll have the ability to select from predefined labor rates and calculate billable charges that will automatically be added to your work order.

Once the non-billable time option is unchecked, additional options are revealed, such as:

  • Labor Rates: Select from predefined labor rates added to your price book.

  • Selected Labor Rate: You can edit the labor rate based on specific requirements.

  • Total Billable Time: This will be automatically calculated based on the time registered and the selected labor rate.

These new features ensure accurate time tracking and transparent invoicing for your clients, leading to better trust and smoother business operations.
