What you need to know
When you send messages from the Tudodesk message centre, we track customers' receive and read them. You can quickly check if a customer received a message and read it by checking the message status indicator beside each message.
At the bottom right corner of each outbound message we show check marks. These indicators convey the send status of your message.
What the send indicators mean
One grey check mark | Queued, sending |
Two grey check marks | Sent |
Two green check marks | Delivered |
Three green check marts | Read |
Red exclamation mark | Failed/undelivered |
