Tudodesk

This tutorial will show you how to export a list of your customers from QuickBooks online in CSV format for <a href="https://help.tudodesk.com/en/articles/5403202-overview-using-quickbooks-with-tudodesk">importing into Tudodesk</a> workshop ERP.

Log in to your Intuit Quick-Books Online Account.

Click the search icon in the upper right corner.

Select the gear icon to edit the columns for exporting. Make sure you click 'Show more' to see all options.

Make sure you have all customer info (billing address, service address, and name) broken into separate fields. For example, you would want to un-check 'Billing Address' and select Billing Street, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Zip, and Billing Country instead. You also will want 'first' and 'last' names, 'Phone' and 'Mobile', 'Payment terms' and 'Tax rates'.

Once you have selected your columns, click the 'Export' button in the upper right and 'Export to Excel or CSV'. 

After exporting the list, you can now get ready to import it into Tudodesk.

1. Click the search icon in the upper right corner.
2. Type 'Customer contact list' and search
3. Select from report results
4. Select the gear icon to edit the columns for exporting. Make sure you click 'Show more' to see all options.
5. Make sure you have all customer info (billing address, service address, and name) broken into separate fields. For example, you would want to un-check 'Billing Address' and select Billing Street, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Zip, and Billing Country instead. 6. Once you have selected your columns, click the 'Export' button in the upper right and 'Export to Excel or CSV'. 
7. After exporting the list, you can now get ready to import it into Tudodesk.
