Set-up

What's this for?

  • Printing from Print Node is not working

Consult the Print Node trouble shooting guide

If Print Node was working but has now stopped

  • Reset the computer that is running Print node

  • Check Print Node is running and you have logged into the client

  • Make sure your network connection / WIFI is working

If you are installing Print Node for the first time

Follow our instructions:

Check:

  • The computer running Print Node is turned on, connected to the internet

  • Print Node is running and you are logged in

  • Your printer is connected and working

  • Try and print from windows to your printer - does it work?

  • Test print from the PrintNode dashboard here:

  • Print from Tudodesk, make sure you select the correct Printer and Template

  • Check the error logs in PrintNode on the client and on the PrintNode dashboard here: https://app.printnode.com/app/print
