Dealing with the same questions over and over again can be time-consuming. This is where saved replies can help. π
Saved replies shorten your response time while keeping your responses personalized.
Sending saved replies
To send a save reply, select the Templates icon from the message composer (displayed on any document). From here, you can choose your saved reply. Before you send the save reply, you can edit it in the message composer window.
Creating saved replies
Go to settings (click the small cog at the bottom of the left menu bar.)
Select Email templates
Click New reply (top menu bar)
Enter a friendly name for your reply
Enter the body message for the reply. You can use Template Tags (custom variables) {{..}} to customize your message automatically.
Click Save
