How do I invite Tudodesk as a team-member?

What you should know

  • Occasionally we may need access to help you set-up configure or use our platform. You can invite us as a team-mate then disable our access later.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to settings (click the cog in the bottom of the left side bar).

  2. Click Agents from the settings side links.

  3. Click Invite teammate in the top menu bar.

  4. Set a unique user Id (for example, their first name).

  5. Add tudodesk as the user name.

  6. Add Tudo Desk as the users name.

  7. Add martin@tudodesk.com as the email.

  8. Click Send invite.
