What's this for?
Tudodesk can forward incoming messages to your phone or inbox so you can reply to messages when you are not logged in or away.
What you should know
Messages are forward to the assigned agent if unread for 2 mins.
You can turn this feature on or off under settings
Steps to turn on or off
Navigate to the settings area.
Scroll down to the Email forwarding rules section.
Check the tick box to turn forwarding on or off.
Click the Save button in the footer, or in the top menu bar.
