What you should know

  • You can quickly look-up documents by keyword or document ID.

  • You can filter documents and create smart lists.

Steps for quick search

  1. Click the document icon in the side menu bar (3rd option)

  2. Search by keyword, document ID, using the menu bar search option.

  3. You can click on the search results to open the document view page.

Pre-saved quick links

  1. ALL - returns all documents in historical order

  2. NEW - the most recent documents

  3. INCOMING - new enquires from web-forms

  4. OPEN - Open documents

  5. RECENTLY ACTIVE - documents that have been viewed or edited by your team, a customer or via an external API.

Steps for using filters

  1. Click the documents icon in the side menu bar (3rd option)

  2. Use the + Add a filter option to apply one or more filters

  3. Use the Save segment option to save your list as a smart view.

Filtering document search by customer

  1. Click the documents icon in the side menu bar (3rd option)

  2. Use the + Add a filter option to apply a customer filter

  3. Use the search drop down to find the customer

  4. Add the customer filter to refine your results.

Notes

  1. Save lists always show the latest documents that match your filters.
