What's this for?

You can automatically update customers as JOBS are updated and progress through your production process. These are called automated status updates. When you update customers, you can attach the latest copy of the job or work order as a PDF.

What you should know

  • You can turn off automated events for specific customers.

  • You can choose whether to attach a PDF

  • You can edit the language used in the automated update.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your JOB board

  2. Click the Show menu on the right side of the board menu.

  3. Click Automated events.

  4. Select the automated event desired.

  5. In the attachments panel, select the option PDF file.

  6. Click Save.
