How to automatically request Yelp business reviews from your Tudodesk promoters?
What you should know
You can request reviews from your promoters on Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
You can use the Tudodesk survey module to first survey customers and then request reviews on Yelp from those that rate you above 8.
How to build your Yelp business review link:
Find your business on Yelp, and you can click Write a Review to find your review page.
Or insert your business id: https://www.yelp.com/writeareview/biz/{your business ID}
Steps:
Navigate to the survey board.
Click Show menu.
Click Automated events.
From the list of automated emails, select "Survey promoter, auto-follow-up."
Scroll down to the CTA, Call-to-action URL box
Paste your Yelp review URL link (see above)
Optionally you can edit the language used in the email
Optionally you can edit the timing of when the email is sent.
Click Save.
