Select the Workflow tab
You can rename your tabs in the left column
You can drag the tabs if they are not locked to re-arrange the order

You can hide a tab by using the Visible switch. You can not hide a tab that has open tickets or is a special system tab.
You can insert a new Tab by hovering over the left side edge in between two existing tabs.
What happens if I move or rename a tab
Any documents on that tab will remain
If you edit the name, the document's status will change to reflect that update.
Why can I not move or hide a Tab (It's locked)
Tabs are locked if they are special system tabs
Tabs are locked if they contain active open tickets
How do I group the tabs by colour?
You can arrange your tabs in group colours to help segment the board and make it easier to see. This is particularly useful if your board conveys sub-sections of a process such as sales, workshop, shipping.
In the board workflow editor, select the group color value from the drop-down.
How to set up the progress completed bar (percentage complete)
Whilst the workflow clearly shows how far along your path a document, process or job may be, it is not an accurate indicator of completeness.
As you map out your workflow to cover your specific process, you may find that a job may not move through all stages to arrive at that completed moment. Sometimes you may have multiple aligning stages representing different processes or tasks but signal the same distance in your workflow journey.
The new progress bar can help your team visualize where you are on the journey to completion.
Go to your board view.
Select Show menu
Select Edit stages
Set the percentage complete for each status in your workflow
Click Save
Congrats, you can now track your projects by percentage complete.
