Why are some of the tabs (statuses) locked on my board

Set-up

  • Tudodesk back-office

What's this for?

  • Boards have some particular tabs (statuses) that can not be moved or deleted. These tabs deliver the base functionality of the parent board.

What you need to know

  • Tudodesk uses several boards to help you run your business, such as Tickets, Deals, Invoices, Jobs, Shipping and Surveys.

  • Each board has some particular system tabs or statuses to deliver base functionality (these are locked).

  • Locked tabs can not be moved or hidden.

  • Locked tabs can be renamed.

  • If a tab has existing active (open) tickets it will have a locked state.

Whilst you can not move special tabs, you can insert tabs in front or after if they are not the first or last tab, such as Draft or Cancelled.
