Navigate to the document viewer, then click the printer icon in the top right of the viewer as shown below.

Clicking the print icon opens the printing page shown below.

If downloading a PDF copy, click the centre PDF option.

If printing a hard copy, click the 'Print' button highlighted.

Clicking the 'Print' button opens a print friendly version of the invoice for you to print out.
