Installing and Loading the Tudodesk Mobile App
Congratulations on choosing Tudodesk, your comprehensive work orders SAAS app! Our mobile version offers the convenience of real-time access to your work orders and tasks directly from your smartphone. Follow the simple steps below to install and load the Tudodesk mobile app on your iOS or Android device.
We recommend Chrome on Android devices and Safari on IOS.
Quick installation IOS and Android (Phones)
Follow the steps below making sure you add the APP to your homescreen. This is essential to enjoy the app as a native application.
1. Accessing the Mobile Version
Open your mobile browser and navigate to your Tudodesk login page using the following link: yourdomain.tudocommerce.com/login.
Enter your credentials and proceed to log in.
Upon successful login, you will be automatically redirected to the mobile version of Tudodesk.
2. Adding Tudodesk to Your Home Screen
For iPhone Users:
After being redirected to the mobile version via Safari, locate and tap the Share menu button at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll through the menu options and select "Add to Home Screen."
Optionally, customize the title of the app as it will appear on your home screen.
Once satisfied, tap "Add" to complete the process.
Tudodesk will now be accessible directly from your iPhone's home screen for quick and easy access.
For Android Users (Google Chrome):
Launch Google Chrome on your Android device and navigate to the Tudodesk website.
Tap the three vertical dots icon located at the top-right corner of the browser window.
From the menu that appears, select "Add to Home screen." Note: If Tudodesk has an app available in the Play Store, this option may appear as "Install app."
Confirm the addition by tapping "Add" when prompted.
Tudodesk will now be added to your Android device's home screen, allowing you to access it with just a tap.
Accessing the Mobile Version on Tablets (iOS and Android)
If you're using an 8 or 10-inch tablet, we automatically display the Backoffice application upon login. However, you may prefer the mobile version for its optimized layout and functionality. Follow the simple steps below to switch to the mobile version:
Switching to Mobile Version:
While in the Backoffice application, locate and click on your avatar photo in the top-right menu bar.
From the dropdown menu, select "Switch to mobile..."
Using the Mobile URL:
Alternatively, you can directly access the mobile version by navigating to the following URL: yourdomain.tudocommerce.com/mobile.
Once you've switched to the mobile version, you can enjoy the streamlined interface and features tailored for your tablet device.
Adding the Application to the Home Screen:
Follow the instructions below to add the Tudodesk mobile application to your tablet's home screen:
For iOS Tablets (iPad):
Access the Tudodesk mobile version using Safari browser.
Tap the Share menu button located at the top-right corner of the browser window.
Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."
