Purpose:
If you have a list of serialized items that you want to use in Tudodesk, you can enter it into a CSV file and then import the CSV file into your Tudodesk back office. You can also batch enter items using our import tool.
What You Should Know:
You can manually batch enter items from the Import tool.
You can create a CSV file and import it using the import tool.
Steps:
From the Tudodesk back office, click "Inventory" in the side menu bar (icon with three stacked boxes).
Click "Serial Numbers" from the side navigation list.
Click "Create New" in the top menu bar.
In the Import CSV tool, select "Upload data from a file."
Follow the on-screen instructions to map your CSV columns to the required columns in Tudodesk.
Once you've completed the import steps, your data will be uploaded. Depending on the file size, this may take a few minutes.
Note:
There is a 1000-row restriction for importing product CSV files. If your file exceeds this limit, you can use multiple CSV files to import your customer records.
These adjustments aim to maintain clarity and ensure that users can easily follow the steps to import Serialized Items into Tudodesk.
