Disable or hide a board from view
You can not physically remove a board
What you should know
Disabling a board will hide it from view and prevent access. All history, documents, and assets will remain intact. Even though the board is hidden, all assets can still be found using the search function, from related documents, or on the customer's profile page. This action can only be reversed by an administrator.
Steps:
Navigate to to the board set-up view. You can access this from the settings>board area. Or from the board view by clicking Show menu>Board set-up.
From the board Set-up tab scroll down to the bottom and locate the Disable board section.
Click Disable Board
From the warning Modal enter the board name.
Click Confirm and Disable.
