The month of April has seen some significant enhancements and updates to Tudodesk. We continually strive to improve and innovate based on valuable user feedback, and this month was no exception. Here's a roundup of the exciting new features we rolled out in April.

We're thrilled to announce that you can now add instructions to each stage on your work order board. This update enables you to rename the stage, assign a completion percentage to each stage, assign group colors, and add stage instructions to clarify tasks. This feature will make your team's work process more transparent and straightforward.

In our continuous effort to provide more flexibility and customization to your workflow, we introduced three new custom property types to Tudodesk Work Orders: Image/File, Agent, and Signature.

With the Image/File property, you can easily attach images or files to your work orders. The Agent property allows you to assign specific roles to your work orders, such as the CAD drafts person or the project manager.

The new Signature property offers a powerful way to capture approval signatures directly on your work orders. These enhancements allow you to tailor your system precisely to your business needs.

We've significantly upgraded our report printing feature. Now, you can quickly generate and print reports from various sections, choose which columns to display in your report, assign a custom title, and even save your reports as PDFs directly from the print option in your browser. We've also included additional options to add tracking links, payment links, approval links for estimates, QR codes for work orders and file uploads, and barcodes for inventory. This upgrade aims to streamline your workflow, provide greater customization, and expand the data types you can include in your reports.
