How to download or print document attachments or project files
Overview
We convert most files types to a renderable version. This will enable to print most files without the need for software associated with it. But this does not cover an exhaustive list of the many different types of files you can upload.
Attachment printing from the back-office is provided by browser native print.
We do not currently provide a Print node service for attachments.
Steps
Goto the document with attachments..
Locate the attachment.
Hover and click.
This will open the file viewer.
Click the far right options menu in the top bar.
Select Print.
Downloading files so you can print from your device directly
If you are not getting the results you need from our file viewer print solution, another full-proof option is downloading the file to your device and printing directly from the application that made the file.
Goto the document with attachments..
Locate the attachment.
Hover and click.
This will open the file viewer.
Click the download icon shown in the bottom right of the image overlay.
