What you need to know
Tudodesk stores customers, contacts and companies as a single individual entity.
I have multiple contacts at one company; how do I add them in Tudodesk.
You would add/import each contact with their name, email, telephone and address but using the same company name.
I would like to send an estimate to one contact and invoice another.
At the moment, this is not directly possible in Tudodesk.
You can add contacts individually create and an estimate for one contact and a job for the other. However, you would not be able to copy an estimate for one contact to a job for another. This is a restriction.
We are in the process of adding Email_CC and Billing_CC. This would enable you to send an estimate to multiple email addresses from one contact account. However, it does not allow you to add multiple contact names.
