I can not login (Check this list)

  • Has your access been blocked

  • Has your trial been cancelled

  • Is your account unpaid

  • Are you using the correct email (the login is case sensitive)

  • Are you using the correct password

  • Do you have CAPS LOCK on

  • Are you adding spaces or added capital letters in your email address

  • Are you entering the email exactly as it was entered when your account was created.

  • Is your network connected

  • Is our application experiencing issues (we will notify you by email)

  • Is the user a tech-user and do you have tech users blocked from accessing back-office?

Follow the login guide

  1. Reset your computer

  2. Check your network connection can you access other sites

I forgot my password

  • Use the forgot password option.

  • Make sure your email is correct and entered in the write case format no spaces

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Make sure the administrator of the domain has sent you an invite to login.

How to un-block tech users from back office

You can restrict access to back-office so that tech users can only access JDS not back-office. If they attempt to login they will receive an "Access Denied" error. You can unblock access by following the steps below:

  • Go to back-office (You will need a min of Admin rights)

  • Go to settings

  • Scroll down to the 'Restrict access for tech users section'

  • Uncheck the Block tech users option

  • Click Save

Login from a different device

If you can, try to login on another device connected to the same network (such as your Wi-Fi network), as well as one that's not connected to your network (such as over mobile data).

If this option works the issue is with your device.

Try:

  1. Reset device

  2. Clear browser cache

  3. Hard reload our application if it is stalling.

Try loading the app in incognito, private, or secret mode.

If our app opens fine on another device, there's a chance one of your web browser plugins or extensions is preventing the app from loading. If the app loads in your browser's private browsing mode, you can usually solve the problem by disabling browser extensions, clearing your cookies, or resetting your browser to its original settings.

Here's how to open private, incognito, or secret mode on different browsers:

  • Computer:

    • Chrome, Edge, and Safari: Press Command + Shift + N (Mac) or Control + Shift + N (PC).

    • Firefox: Press Command + Shift + P (Mac) or Control + Shift + P (PC).

  • Mobile:

    • Chrome: tap the three dots next to the address bar and select New Incognito tab.

    • Safari: Tap the two overlapping squares at the bottom-right corner, and then tap Private at the bottom-left.

    • Samsung Internet: Tap the two overlapping squares at the bottom, and then tap Turn on Secret mode.
