Scheduler Overview
On the scheduler, your jobs can show up in several different ways.
If you have multiple job boards, you can show jobs represented by colour for the board. Useful because you can see how your schedule looks for each board/process.
By label colour.
Assigned agent. Useful because you can see how the schedule looks for each team member.
Navigation
There is a refresh button (this keeps your schedule in sync, we sync the schedule when you view it at any time). Next to the refresh button are two buttons to move the schedule back or forward (day, week or month etc.).There is a Today button and a date selector to jump to any date in the past or future. Then, a view selector displays the calendar in Day, Week, Two weeks, Six weeks and Month mode. In addition, the view selector has options for showing weekends, narrow weekends, and if the week starts on Monday. Finally, there is an option for showing jobs by label colour (the normal view mode is by board colour).
In addition on the view mode menu are options to customer how events are shown on the scheduler. You can control what information is displayed. Choose to see Job ID's, Title, Reference, Assigned agent or reason code.
The filter button opens a side panel to select which boards and stages display jobs on the scheduler. The filters enable you to choose what jobs are shown on your scheduler.
Next to the filter button is a create event button that allows you to create new jobs directly on the board.
Adding new jobs on the schedule
You can click the create + button to add a new job to the scheduler.
Editing jobs on the scheduler
You can edit or open a detailed view of a job by clicking on it. From the detailed view, you can:
View the job in view/edit mode
Edit the job scheduled date (click on the date range in blue).
Print the job using Print Node (action menu).
Update the jobs label colour (action menu).
Re-assign the job to a new agent (action menu).
Filters
You can filter the jobs displayed on the scheduler by board and status.

2-week mode
6-week mode
Month mode
Narrow weekends
Weekday mode
