Stock adjustments, tracking in Alpha test
You can now adjust and track your inventory levels from the product catalog page and the job view page. In addition, this new feature will help you track usage levels and movements. Stock adjustments is an alpha feature; we expect to have this in Beta by the end of February.

What we have planned
Ability to enter usage directly from Job Display System (JDS tablets. Will allow your workshop team to post what they are using per job.
Ability to upload physical stock counts for fast adjustments from spreadsheets.
The signature pad now displays when manually approving estimates.
If you mark an estimate or quote as approved, we now show the signature pad, so you collect signatures on-premise.
Notes feed on contacts profile.
Contact profiles now have a dedicated notes feed where your team can log messages. These notes are private and separate from comments written on jobs.
File and activity tabs on contacts profile
Files or photo's uploaded to your customer's jobs are now available on the customer's profile page. In addition, you can track your customer's activity in the feed tab.
Contact lifecycle automatically set on new document screen.
We automatically set the lifecycle if you add a new contact as a lead or send them an invoice, estimate or job. The lifecycle setting segments customers possible values are: Lead, Opportunity, Paying customer, Promoter.
GDPR encrypt customers private data
You can now encrypt the customer's data on file before archiving. For example, this feature will remove the customer's contact data by encrypting it with asterisks (********@gmail.com). Only admins and administrators can use this feature. You can find it on the actions drop-down under the customer's profile page.
Label printing from Job Display System (JDS)
We have added the option to print any of our standard labels from JDS using our Print Node integration. You can access the label options from the standard print option using the template select option to choose a label.
Tasks now available in the Job Display System (JDS)
We have added a dedicated Tasks view in JDS. This new feature will display any open tasks assigned to the logged-in technician. In addition, they can mark tasks as completed.
Tasks are also displayed when viewing a JOB.
Tips and tricks and features you might have missed
When you have similar jobs that occur regularly, you can use saved templates to populate new quotes or jobs with predefined summaries, costs, items... 5 min read.
