How to edit the color or tabs on your boards.
Overview
You can map your workflow using boards and statuses (tabs). We call these tabs the workflow. Your workflow can be a series of a few tabs or grow extensively to many more. To help add clarity you can group the statuses using color.
What you need to know
You can add color and context to your boards by grouping statuses by color.
Segment the board for example: Onboarding steps, Production steps, Outboarding steps.
Steps
Locate the board
Click Show menu
Click Edit stages
Select the color in the group column of each status in your workflow.
Click Save (bottom right).
Tips:
Segment job boards by using color to split the board into 3 or more groups. This will provide clarity for boards with many tabs.
Use Yellow for On-boarding
Use Blue for Workshop
Use Green for Admin/Workshop
