Track additional information on your documents, such as work orders. Custom fields help you collect more information on your jobs specific to your business. Easily set up custom fields, specify a name for the field, type of field (text, number, date, select, or yes/no), the default value and if you want that field kept private or shared with customers. In 2022 we will add support for calculated fields and set these fields from automated events. For example, setting the landed date of a work order when marked as 'Landed'.

We are excited to announce that using Tudodesk to create Work Orders, Estimates, and Invoices will soon be easier than ever, with the introduction of Saved templates.

We are updating some of our in-app screens to make them easier to navigate and cleaner on the eye. The new customer profile screen is the first of these updates. We hope you like it. We are adding support for Billing Email, CC Email and custom fields.
