What you need to know
You can customize the data entry for Jobs, Invoices, Estimates, Leads, Tickets and shipping documents.
You can also customize your sharable and printable templates to use the same format and wording for your team and customers.
How to edit the information your team collects on your board
Navigate to the board
Click Show menu
Click Board set-up
Click the Properties tab in the top tab bar
You can turn on, edit the standard form fields we provide.
Custom properties
While Tudodesk has a handful of fields you can customize and enter information into (title, ref, summary), you may have some of your own that you'd like to fill out. In addition, custom properties help you track additional information specific to your workshop business see the article below:
Special inputs for summaries
You can set-up special selectable lists that make it easier for your team to enter information such as requirements, processes and condition reports.
You can use the summary builder on the following text-area inputs:

Hover over the row and click the settings button to set-up your summary builder.
