How to convert an estimate into a work-order or job.

Locate the estimate. Ideally, this should be marked accepted.

Open the estimate into document view.

Click Show-menu found on the document bar right side (3 dots).

Select Create (copy to).

Select the board to which we are copying the estimate, in this case, your work order or job board.

Confirm the basic information of the work order in the create document screen shown. Make sure you select any attachments you want to copy over.

Click Create job.

Continue to edit the work order in the document view, be sure to save your changes.

Congratulations, you created a job from an approved estimate.
