Set-up

  • Tudodesk Job Station (Browser)

What's this for?

  • I want to only show jobs assigned to the logged in technician.

What you should know

  • You can use the JDS (Job display system) as a paperless job traveller.

  • You view your jobs and work-orders from JDS on the workshop floor.

  • Your team can bump tickets using JDS as tasks complete

  • You can filter what tickets your team see.

Steps

  1. Login to JDS

  2. Click on the user avatar top right on menu bar.

  3. Select settings

  4. Check the box Display tickets only assigned to the logged-in agent.

  5. Scroll down and click Save.

Notes:

  • You will need to assign tickets to your team in-order for those tickets to appear on the device they are logged into.
