It seemed like only yesterday I was sending you a September's round-up, and here we are again, fast approaching November. The good news is time might be flying, but we still found enough time to bundle a JUMBO update with new features and bug fixes.
This update should be out in the wild through the course of this week. I'll let you know when it's on your account so you can get your hands on it.
So, here is a teardown of what to expect in this JUMBO update.

This is one of my top 5 features this year. The new template editor makes it easy to create multiple templates, with two many settings to mention. The first release works with new JOB and SHIPPING templates. Next month we will introduce INVOICES and QUOTES.

IMPORT CSV SYNC
We introduced CSV downloads and uploads a while back. We have now updated this so you can download, re-upload sync your contacts. Useful for making batch edits in a spreadsheet or re-sync data from an external application.

Much awaited, we have now added contact archiving. If you have been looking for DELETE, this is it - Or close as.
Archive contacts: This will hide the person from searches and filters but keep their data and history log and data. You can unarchive the customer if they return.
Blocking*: This will block any incoming communication from the contact while applying an archive.
Encryption*: This will encrypt the person's personal data but not documents, messages, or history. They are also archived.
Business TAX ID, Payment terms, and TAX rates for customers
We have introduced some much-requested improvements to our contact class.
You can now set-up a person's TAX STATUS, such as Exempt or Reverse charge.
Specify Business TAX ID and display it on paperwork
Payment Terms: COD, PROFORMA, NET 7, NET 30 etc

The logo was removed from the signature builder.
DOB (Date of birth) removed from contacts
