What's this for?

  • Turn off automatic JOB notifications when JOBS are; queued, in-progress, on-hold, or ready.

  • The same steps can be applied to turn off automated messages and events for any of you boards.

What you should know

  • You can automate the process of notifying customers when jobs are checked in, in-progress, on-hold, and ready. You can turn these notifications on or off to suit your requirements.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the JOBS board.

  2. Click the 'Show menu' button on the right side of the board menu bar (3 horizontal dots).

  3. Selected 'Automated events' from the main menu. (If you have previously opened the menu, you may need to click the back arrow icon to return to the main menu.)

  4. You can see which is running and paused by the 'play' and 'paused' indicators in the right column from the list of events.

  5. Select any relevant event you want to turn-off.

  6. On the event screen, mark the 'Stopped' option in the right column.

  7. Scroll down - Click 'Save.'

  8. This will pause any future events. Some existing events in progress may still run but will exit.
