Learn how to view the activity feed, track changes and updates via internal audit log.

What you should know

  • We track document changes, updates, and activity in the feed. The feed is an internal audit log that tracks who did what and when.

  • We track status changes of documents, such as when a job status is updated. We use this for checkpoint analysis so you can see how, for example, long jobs take from status to status.

  • When we send SMS and Email messages, we track when they are sent and read.

  • We track updates via back-office and the Job Display System.

What we track

  • When new documents are created

  • When documents are updated

  • Status updates (We time this)

How to view the activity feed (audit log) for a JOB or document?

  1. Open the JOB or document into view.

  2. Click the activity feed icon in the message center located on the top menu bar's right side (3rd icon from right resembles radio signal).

  3. The feed will filter the results based on what you have visible on the center screen. When looking at a document or JOB, it will show all activity for that project. When viewing boards, it will filter to the board's activity. When on the dashboard, all activity on your domain.

How to view checkpoint timing and analysis for a JOB?

  1. Open the JOB into view.

  2. Click the 'Checkpoint analysis' icon (Chart + trend icon) on the document menu bar's right side. Alternatively, click the 'Show menu' then select 'Checkpoint timing.'
