You can generate a responsive email-friendly signature that is appended to your emails using the built-in signature generator.

The generator can create a standard signature for emails sent from your organization (these are usually automated emails sent by the organization) and personal agent signatures, used when an agent sends a manual message.

Setting your organization signature

You can set your organizations standard signature for emails by going to the settings area, scroll to the bottom section and click on the 'Signature Generator button'

Setting your personal agent signature

You can set your email signature by clicking on your profile avatar in the top menu bar (right side) and selecting 'Profile" If you scroll down, you will see the signature generator option.

Using the generator

The generator will automatically create a signature based on your organization, personal agent profile. You can edit any of the settings and format, layout. When you are happy with your signature click 'Save'.
