How to create a short cut on the Quick Launch menu bar.

You can activate the 'Quick launch menu bar' by hovering over the 'Plus sign' in the top left menu bar.

The 'Quick launch menu bar' is designed so that you can create custom launch buttons for creating documents quickly.

You can add a custom launch button by first clicking the 'edit' button then click the 'Add short-cut' button. This opens a 'New short-cut button' dialogue.

Enter a name for your button such as 'Create Worksheet' then select from the list of available boards where you want to create a document.


Apply document labels from your quick-launch buttons

Add clarity to documents such as Urgent, Priority or Escalated by adding a default label that is applied to all new documents created from your Quick Launch Button.


Feature update: Specify a custom template

You can now customize your quick launch buttons further by assigning a custom template. This is useful so you can assign the right document template at the time you check a new job in. Great use cases are for B2C booking forms, or B2B work orders.


Click 'Save' to complete. This will fix your short-cut button to the 'Quick launch bar' so you and your team can can quickly create the documents that matter to you from any screen.

To finish click 'OK' on the bar to close edit mode.
