Can I change what information I enter on Jobs, Estimates, and Invoices?

You can customize your Job sheets, Invoices, and Estimates. For example, you can hide and show different blocks such as terms, pricing, or inventory. And you can edit the labels for the information you need to enter and what boxes you fill in.

Important. When you customize the document data entry form. That specific layout is locked to that type of document. This means you can create different data entry forms for Jobs, Invoices, Estimates, etc.

Open up any document of the type you want to customize, such as a Job or Worksheet. Then click the 'Customize' button in the summary heading.

This will open the customize document dialogue show below.

Under the 'Form fields and blocks' dialogue, you can customize the layout and data entry for your document, such as:

  1. Show a cover photo avatar.

  2. Change label names and hide input boxes.

  3. Show or hide blocks such as Terms, Inventory list, and charges.

After you have finished editing your form, click 'Save' and then reload the application in your browser for the changes to take effect.

Note: These changes do not affect what is shown on printed and PDF copies of documents.
