Summary builder update - It's sortable and draggable
The ability to sort and drag items in the summary builder was almost at the top of our most requested feature. Well, today, we have made that a reality. You can now sort your lists, drag, and re-arrange - Give it a try!
Edit customers, profile from the document view
Another high-on-the-list request was editing a customer's personal information from with-in the document view. Open the project folder by clicking the 'menu opener' on the document bar, click 'Edit customer," and now you can edit your customer's details without leaving the ticket.
Quick launch menu.
You can add personalized short-cut buttons to the menu bar to make it faster for you and your team to create new documents without having to navigate to the correct board. Hover over the 'amber' + button in the side navigation bar to access the menu.
Ticket timing analysis
Checkpoint timing is where we measure how long your tickets, for example, a job ticket sit on a stage of your process. By measuring these key checkpoints, we can come up with some impressive stats on how long jobs take and what part of a job is taking the longest.
You can launch this new feature from the document menu bar - Click the amber timing button on the right side.
Signature capture
Signature capture is now live in TD20. You can capture signatures for any ticket or document. Just make sure you have the "Terms" module enabled on the document (go-to the customize option), and your good to go!
