Tudodesk helps your team focus on what is important using real-time document and tickets boards. Tudodesk maintains only the documents and tickets that are relevant by archiving tickets that you have finished with.

You should archive documents (work-orders, invoices, packing sheets) when they are completed.


What happens when a ticket or document is archived.

When you archive a document it is immediately removed from the LIVE boards and JDS. The document is still stored and is not deleted.


How to manually archive a Ticket (In document-view).

  1. Open a document or ticket.

  2. Click Show menu (top menu right side button with three dots).

  3. Click Archive.

How to un-archive a Ticket (In document-view).

  1. Open a document or ticket.

  2. When a ticket is archived it will be greyed out. Click anywhere on the ticket. A pop-up will confirm if you want to un-archive the ticket.


How to archive Ticket in batches from the board view

You can archive one or more open tickets (for example work orders) when looking at the board view.

  1. Navigate to the JOB board

  2. Go-to the the desired list view for example Completed Jobs

  3. Check tick-box beside each JOB to archive.

  4. Click the Batch menu in the right side of the top-bar.

  5. Select the Archive option.

  6. Confirm by clicking Run.
