How to track job activity and history in the project feed.

Important events, updates and automation's are all logged in the project feed so you can see what happened when and who did what.

Tudodesk logs important events as they happen in the project feed. From the activity feed you can track:

  • When a job is created.

  • When a job is updated.

  • When the status of the job is changed.

  • When an automated email or SMS is sent

  • When a file is uploaded

  • When a comment or internal note is written

  • When a job ticket is archived

  • When a customer receives and opens a message.

To open the feed for any job or repair ticket.

  1. Open the ticket in "view mode"

  2. Click the activity feed icon in the top most navigation bar.ย 

Pro tip
โ€‹
You can open the feed in Tudodesk from any view. When doing so the feed will filter results to match what you currently working on.
