Tudodesk logs important events as they happen in the project feed. From the activity feed you can track:
When a job is created.
When a job is updated.
When the status of the job is changed.
When an automated email or SMS is sent
When a file is uploaded
When a comment or internal note is written
When a job ticket is archived
When a customer receives and opens a message.
To open the feed for any job or repair ticket.
Open the ticket in "view mode"
Click the activity feed icon in the top most navigation bar.Β

βYou can open the feed in Tudodesk from any view. When doing so the feed will filter results to match what you currently working on.
