To reset your password you will need your direct domain login URL.
This will look like: https://[yourdomain].tudocommerce.com/login
Click the Forgotten link in the password box
Enter in the email address you use to log in and click “Reset password”. You'll receive an email within 5 minutes containing a link to create a new password.
Check your Spam folders if you don't receive the email within that time-frame. If the email is not present anywhere on your email account, reach out to Support here for help!
