Automatic Invoicing. 

This is one of our most requested features and I've been itching to share the news, Forgive me if I am a few days days ahead of it going live.

So what is it all about?

Up until now when a customer accepts an estimate for many teams the next step was to send an invoice. Tudodesk does this is just a couple of button clicks. But, the problem is customers place orders at uncanny times, when one of your team may not be around. This delays invoicing by hours or even days. That is now, about to change.

Automatic invoicing to the rescue

Automatic invoicing helps you invoice a customer and get paid, in less than two minutes after they approve your estimate, without any agent interataction.

Starting later this week, the next time you send an estimate, you will see a new option to automatically invoice the customer when they accept your estimate. Check this option, sit back and the Tudobot will fire up when the estimate is accepted, create the invoice, send it and collect payment.  Taking you one step closer to a fully automated sales and payment platform that works the way you work.
